Radon Medical Imaging has announced the acquisition of Majestic Medical Solutions, strengthening its position as a leading regional provider of medical imaging equipment services. The deal, which closed in the fourth quarter of 2025, marks Radon’s fourth add-on acquisition as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
Majestic Medical Solutions, founded in 2004 and based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, specializes in asset management and maintenance services for medical imaging equipment. The company serves hospitals and healthcare facilities and is known for its customer-focused approach and strong technical expertise.
The acquisition enhances Radon’s geographic reach, particularly in the southeastern United States, including Louisiana and Mississippi. It also strengthens the company’s ability to deliver end-to-end imaging equipment services across a broader healthcare network.
Commenting on the development, Radon CEO David Wilson said the partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two companies and aligns with Radon’s focus on service excellence and customer-centric values.
As part of the transaction, Majestic founder Jeff Sirk will join Radon’s leadership team and remain actively involved in shaping strategy and maintaining client relationships.
Radon Medical Imaging provides comprehensive lifecycle support for imaging equipment, including acquisition, maintenance, repair, and replacement, across modalities such as CT, MRI, PET-CT, and vascular X-ray systems. The company serves academic medical centers, large health systems, and other healthcare providers.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The move reflects Radon’s broader strategy to scale operations, expand service capabilities, and strengthen its presence across key regional markets.
